Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking with Funland CY. By sending a booking request and paying the deposit, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, call or WhatsApp us on +357 96 337996.

1. Booking and payment

A booking request is not a confirmed booking. We call you to confirm availability and details.
Your booking is confirmed once you pay the 10% deposit.
The rest is paid on the day of the event, in cash or by Revolut, before or at setup.
Prices include delivery, setup and collection as shown on our website for your area. Delivery outside Larnaca, Nicosia and Limassol is quoted when we call you.

2. Cancellations and changes

The deposit is non-refundable.
Bookings cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
You can change the date of your booking, subject to availability. Please tell us as early as possible.

3. Weather

If it rains, you can move your booking to another available date at no extra cost.
Inflatables must not be used in strong wind (above about 38 km/h) or during rain. For everyone's safety, our team may decide not to set up, or ask for the inflatable to be switched off, if the weather becomes unsafe. In that case we move your booking to another available date.

4. Setup and space

Please make sure the area is clear, reasonably flat and the size shown on the castle's page, plus some space around it.
A power socket must be available within reach of our extension cable.
We need clear access to bring the equipment to the setup area. Please tell us in advance about stairs, narrow gates or long distances from parking.
Only the Funland CY team sets up, moves and takes down the equipment.

5. Safety rules during use

A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use. (For the Bubble Dome, our staff supervise for the 3 hours of the rental.)
Respect the age range and the maximum number of children shown for each castle.
No shoes, glasses, jewellery, sharp objects, food, drinks, chewing gum, face paint or silly string on the inflatable.
No adults on the inflatable, no somersaults, and no climbing on the walls or netting.
Keep children of similar size together, and keep the entrance and slide exit clear.
If the inflatable starts to lose air, get everyone off immediately and call us.
Do not switch off or unplug the blower while children are on the inflatable, and keep the blower and cables away from children and water.

6. Care and damage

Our equipment is cleaned and checked before every event.
You are responsible for the equipment while it is at your event. Damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, pets, fire, paint or ignoring these rules may be charged at the cost of repair or cleaning.
Normal wear from correct use is never charged.

7. Safety and insurance

Our inflatables are certified to EN 14960 and Funland CY is insured.
Our insurance does not cover injuries caused by not following these safety rules or by lack of adult supervision.

8. Fireworks and gender reveal

Day fireworks are set up and fired only by our team, in a safe outdoor area agreed on the day.
We may refuse to fire if the area or the weather is not safe.
