Before Your Party

A few simple things to have ready, so setup is quick and the party starts on time.

Space

Check the size of your castle on its page and leave about 1 metre of free space on every side.

Surface

We set up on grass or on hard floors like concrete, tiles and paving. The area should be fairly flat and clear of stones, branches and anything sharp.

Power

You only need a normal power socket nearby. We bring the extension cable.

Access

Make sure there's a clear path or gate for us to bring the castle in, and that the setup area is free when we arrive.

On the castle

No shoes, food or drinks on the castle.

If it rains

Call us on 96337996 and we'll move your booking to another available date for free.

Payment

Have the rest of the payment ready on the day, in cash or by Revolut.
